Belated Happy Birthday..hope things have somehow become better for you!

Also, today is my birthday, and I’ve become increasingly weird and introspective about that particular date in the calendar year. As much as I choose to think of it as just a number, those digits come with their own set of challenges. But, as “they” always say, I think of the alternative and consequently, am happy to embrace the process.
