I never saw someone describe a crow as beautiful as you. I don’t like these black birds as they break eggs of small gardens even before they are hatched. And we have lots of shiny things in the garden! The magpie also could be the culprit. We have been finding a lot of broken eggs on the ground,but can’t spot the nest
