I wish you a lot of stregth and courage.

I immediately after try to do something I loved. I would get up and not think of anything and just go do that one thing. And only shifted my focus on that one thing and I would do it religiously, and for enough time to exert whatever energy I had left in it, so my body wouldn’t recognize that this energy is stored and is enough for another relapse.
Then sleep would always follow, and It often was a restful sleep.
