The policies for the USA are actually very beneficial for their citizens, which should be too. They are not beneficial to the people who come to work in the USA as special skilled workers (visa given to immigrants to use a skill that Americans don’t have). The fact is, Americans have the skills but will not work at quarter the salary of most immigrants here. This is why the USCIS hires talent from abroad. Such immigrants pay taxes and contribute to American society for no certainty of the future. It’s not only American policies, the green card application process is so expensive that indian contractors too don’t want to invest in their employees. There are many single people who are ready earn a few dollars for a short time in the USA, and many Indians who despite having a green card, move back to their country for religion, family and patriotism. We are Christians, and not very patriotic about our country, and that is why, we are stuck.
